And Finally... Korea At last



Ok so the flight from Prague to Korea was uneventful. It was the least I could expect after all those crazy detours and whatnot. We departed without a hitch. The nervousness began to hit me about an hour before departing Prague.

Ok, so I wish I could say the journey to Prague was uneventful. After reading my very captivating novel and having some yummy airline dinner of cabernet sauvignon and chicken, I got comfortable and then took a nap. And nap it was. I was awakened to the flight crew asking if there was a doctor on board the flight, specifically a cardiologist.

The gods must be crazy...

What a start to a trip.

I got to the airport at 8.15 am to make my 10.45 direct flight from Atlanta to Seoul. I got in line, in a good mood. Optimistic about the entire procedure, making new friends chitchatting and whatnot, trying to be cool. One of my suitcases is five pounds overweight so I repack my stuff… Great.

Why I chose Korea

People keep asking me how I came up with Korea. Everyone from the embassy to family to friends to random strangers at the airport as I got ready to leave. So I will say, for a variety of reasons
